Role Description The Videographer & Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content that features properties, neighborhoods, client testimonials, and brand stories for digital and social media channels. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and lighting equipment, setting up shots, capturing high-quality footage, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. The role also includes editing video content, adding graphics, music, and transitions, and preparing final deliverables optimized for various platforms. The Videographer & Video Editor collaborates closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, meet deadlines, and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and engagement. Qualifications Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows. Proficient Camera Operation and familiarity with different Camera types and accessories. Ability to manage Lighting setups and apply best practices for Shooting Video in various environments. Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools). Understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling for real estate and marketing content. Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and deliver polished, on-time content. Strong communication skills and capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site. Relevant experience in videography and video editing; experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
