Role Description The MEP Project Engineer will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering activities for building and infrastructure projects in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities include coordinating MEP design and drawings, reviewing specifications, and ensuring compliance with project standards and local regulations. The role involves supervising installation and commissioning works, managing contractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues on-site. The MEP Project Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports, support project scheduling and budgeting, and ensure health, safety, and quality requirements are met. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. Qualifications Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills, with applied experience in building systems design and coordination. Ideal candidate should be familiar with DEWA approval process & other similar authority's approvals. Installation, commissioning substations and handled High Voltage Industrial / commercial projects in the region. Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles, including load calculations, system selection, and equipment specification. Practical knowledge of Plumbing systems design and installation, including water supply, drainage, and fire protection. Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline; professional certifications or membership in engineering bodies are an advantage. Experience with relevant codes and standards, construction drawings, and common MEP software tools (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, or similar). Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, and client representatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Minimum 2years UAE experience Preferable with UAE driver's license holder Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work on deadlines. Immediate joiner preferred. OPEN TO WORK preferred.
