Design engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with MOE and GEMS expectations Use of varied teaching strategies to cater to mixed-ability classrooms Integration of 21st-century learning skills into lessons

🔹 Differentiation & Inclusion

Adapt teaching methods for native and non-native learners Support students of varying abilities, including SEN and EAL learners Promote inclusive classroom practices

🔹 Assessment & Data Use

Plan and implement formative and summative assessments Analyze student performance data to inform teaching Track progress in line with MOE inspection requirements

🔹 Classroom Management

Maintain a positive, respectful, and structured learning environment Apply consistent behaviour management strategies Encourage student engagement and participation

🔹 Technology Integration

Use digital tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, smartboards) to enhance learning Incorporate interactive and blended learning approaches

🔹 Cultural & Religious Awareness

Promote UAE national identity, Islamic values, and cultural heritage Ensure sensitivity and respect in delivering Islamic Studies content

🔹 Compliance & Inspection Readiness

Strong understanding of MOE regulations and inspection frameworks Maintain accurate documentation (lesson plans, assessments, reports) Contribute to school readiness for inspections

🔹 Collaboration & Professionalism

Work closely with colleagues, coordinators, and leadership Engage with parents effectively in both Arabic and English Participate in CPD and continuous professional development

Skills Description

Core Skills for MOE Teacher (Arabic & Islamic Studies)

🔹 Bilingual Communication

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Ability to deliver lessons, communicate with parents, and collaborate with staff in both languages Skilled in translating curriculum expectations across languages

🔹 Curriculum Expertise

Strong knowledge of MOE curriculum standards for:Arabic A (native speakers) Arabic B (non-native speakers) Islamic A & BAbility to differentiate between A & B tracks effectively
