Yansu Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our growing team in Dubai.
Position: Plumber and Plumber Team Leader
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
- Perform pipe installation, replacement, and leakage repairs
- Install sanitary fixtures, pumps, valves, and water supply systems
- Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure work is completed according to safety and quality standards

Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a plumber in UAE/GCC is preferred
- Good knowledge of plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance works
- Experience in residential, villa and commercial projects
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and pipe fittings
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow site instructions
- Able to troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
- Hardworking, responsible, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Candidates with visit visa, or transferable visa are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- تثبيت، إصلاح، وصيانة أنظمة السباكة
- تنفيذ تركيب الأنابيب، الاستبدال، وعمليات إصلاح التسريبات
- تركيب التركيبات الصحية، المضخات، الصمامات، وأنظمة إمداد المياه
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية وحل المشكلات
- التأكد من اكتمال العمل وفق معايير السلامة والجودة

المهارات
المتطلبات:
- يُفضل خبرة 2-3 سنوات كسباك في الإمارات/دول الخليج
- معرفة جيدة بتركيب السباكة، الإصلاح، وأعمال الصيانة
- خبرة في المشاريع السكنية والفلل والتجارية
- معرفة بأنظمة إمداد المياه، الصرف الصحي، التركيبات الصحية، وتجهيزات الأنابيب
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الأساسية واتباع تعليمات الموقع
- القدرة على استكشاف مشاكل السباكة بكفاءة
- مجتهد، يتحمل المسؤولية، وقادر على العمل تحت إشراف محدود
- المرشحون ذو زيارة إقامة، أو تأشيرة قابلة للنقل مرحب بهم للتقديم
- يفضل القبول الفوري للتوظيف
