• Supervise the unloading of barges, materials and equipments as per P.O and shipping documents. and move them into the assigned storage areas (e.g. open yard, underground containers, air conditioned), ensuring safe storage as per HSE rules and regulations and avoiding any damage due to inappropriate storage (e.g. sun damage).

• Monitor and maintain material status in the warehouse to ensure compliance of FIFO, avoid expiring and obsolete SKUS

• Manage the waste recycling of damaged materials and/or goods by controlling and monitoring the items in SAP and MS Excel and separating the re-sellable items, as approved by management.

• Ensure easy pick up from any storage shelf by clearly by correctly labeling each part and updating the label and location information in SAP and MS Excel in a timely manner.

• Manage an error free inventory database in the stores by timely updates and accurate working when posting the day to day transactions into SAP and MS Excel. Reconsolidate the physical stock with SAP and MS Excel.

• Prepare the stock statements (e.g. MRP) and forward them to management for review. Ensure materials, supplies, equipment, etc. are stored according to weight, temperature, size, safety precautions and space utilization

• Keep track of K.P.I and improve processes for best practice

• Respond to sales, account and purchase departments requests regarding materials and documents

• Follow up 3PL for barge discharging

• Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness and orderliness within the area of responsibility as per company standards.

• Comply with safety requirements and encourages safe working practices. Adhere to the QMS system, EHSMS of Abu Dhabi and ISO 9001 requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.

• Knowledge of SAP and basic accounting principles is essential for effective record-keeping.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
