Strategic Affairs & Institutional Effectiveness Consultant
Key Responsibilities Lead the establishment of the Strategic Affairs & Institutional Effectiveness Office from the ground up, including its operating model, governance framework, policies, processes, and methodologies. Advise executive leadership on strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, performance management, quality, governance, project management, business continuity, and organizational excellence. Develop strategic and operational planning frameworks, KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. Design governance frameworks for strategic initiatives, enterprise risk management, business continuity, and institutional innovation. Assess organizational maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and provide practical recommendations with implementation roadmaps. Support the implementation of best practices, build internal capabilities, and transfer knowledge to ensure long-term sustainability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in strategy, institutional effectiveness, organizational excellence, or management consulting. Proven experience establishing Strategy, PMO, or Institutional Effectiveness Offices from scratch. Strong expertise in strategic planning, governance, performance management, and organizational transformation.
