Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Collaboration Manager (Volunteer) to lead, mentor, and expand our network of Student Ambassadors across various colleges and institutions globally. In this role, you will oversee ambassador onboarding, track campaign performance, collaborate with PR and Communications teams, and empower student leaders to drive mental health awareness on their campuses.
Roles and Responsibilities Ambassador Leadership & Program Supervision Manage & Mentor: Supervise and support a team of Student Ambassadors representing Project C Foundation across various educational institutions.
Onboarding & Training: Conduct regular training sessions, onboard new ambassadors, and equip them with the necessary tools and resources to execute on-campus campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor ambassador progress, review event outcomes, and collect regular reports on campus engagement initiatives.
Strategic Outreach & Campaign Management Outreach Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Communications and PR teams to design scalable campus marketing plans and drive awareness initiatives.
Relationship Building: Assist ambassadors in establishing strong working relationships with college faculty, student councils, and campus organizations.
Event Oversight: Guide ambassadors in organizing, executing, and promoting institutional events, panels, and digital campaigns.
Job Specifications:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or a related field.
Leadership Experience: Prior experience in team management, student body leadership, community outreach, or volunteer coordination.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Organizational Mastery: Strong ability to track multiple remote teams, manage project timelines, and deliver concise progress reports.
Availability: Immediately available for a 3-month remote volunteer commitment.
