*المسمى الوظيفي: مدير الخدمة (ورشة السيارات)**
نحن نفتح مركز خدمة سيارات حديث في دبي، متخصص في المركبات الألمانية (مع القدرة على
خدمة ماركات أخرى). نحن نبحث عن مدير خدمة ذو خبرة ومسؤول
**المسؤوليات الأساسية:**
- إدارة عمليات الورشة اليومية
- توزيع أوامر العمل وإدارة عبء عمل الفنيين
- ضمان مراقبة جودة الإصلاحات والصيانة
- تقديم تقديرات دقيقة للوظيفة والتواصل مع العملاء
- العمل مع كتالوجات قطع الغيار وقواعد بيانات التسعير
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وحل Issues بشكل مهني
- الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة والسلامة في مكان العمل
- التنسيق مع مورّدي القطع
المهارات
**المتطلبات:**
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدير خدمة أو فني أول
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة المركبات
- الكفاءة في استخدام كتالوجات قطع الغيار وتقدير الأعمال- فهم تسعير سوق إصلاح السيارات
- الطلاقة في الروسية والإنجليزية (العربية ميزة)
- يفضل الخبرة مع المركبات الألمانية
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة فريق
Job description
*Job Title: Service Manager (Auto Workshop)**
We are opening a modern auto service center in Dubai, specializing in German vehicles (with capability to
service other makes). We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily workshop operations
- Distribute work orders and manage technicians’ workload
- Ensure quality control of repairs and maintenance
- Provide accurate job estimates and communicate with customers
- Work with spare parts catalogues and pricing databases
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain service standards and workplace safety
- Coordinate with parts suppliers
Skills
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Service Manager or Senior Technician
- Good knowledge of vehicle systems
- Proficient in using spare parts catalogues and job estimation- Understanding of automotive repair market pricing
- Fluent in Russian and English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience with German vehicles is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and team management skills
