تبحث شركة Envision Employment Solutions حاليًا عن مهندس ضمان جودة لأحد شركائنا، وهي رائدة عالمياً في مجال الاستشارات والتحول الرقمي والخدمات الهندسية والتقنية.
الهدف: نبحث عن مهندس ضمان جودة ذو خبرة عالية ومتمرس في عمليات الطيران غير المنتظمة (IROPS) لدعم اختبار والتحقق من أنظمة شركات الطيران الحرجة من الناحية التشغيلية.
ستتوافر لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة عملية في اختبار تعطل الرحلات، وإعادة إحالة الركاب، واسترداد الطاقم، وتدفقات عمليات المطارات، مع ضمان أداء النظام عالي الجودة أثناء الاضطرابات التشغيلية.
يتطلب هذا الدور إما إتقاناً مهنياً باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، أو وجود خبرة عمل دولية سابقة في سوق غربي (مثلاً الولايات المتحدة، المملكة المتحدة، كندا، أوروبا، أستراليا).
المسؤوليات: إجراء اختبار وظيفي لأنظمة IROPS الخاصة بشركات الطيران، بما في ذلك تعطل الرحلات، الإلغاءات، إعادة إحالة الركاب، استرداد الطاقم، وإدارة التأخيرات.
تصميم وتنفيذ والمحافظة على سيناريوهات End-to-End (E2E)، واختبار تكامل النظام (SIT)، واختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT).
التحقق من تدفقات العمل التجارية ضمن عمليات الخطوط الجوية والتأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات العمل.
إجراء اختبارات التراجع ودعم أنشطة أتمتة الاختبار باستخدام Selenium، Playwright، أو REST Assured.
تحديد، توثيق وتتبع العيوب أثناء إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري والتحقق من الإصلاحات.
التعاون مع فرق مراقبة العمليات، وعمليات المطارات، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات أثناء محاكاة الاضطرابات وأنشطة الاختبار.
إعداد وثائق الاختبار وتقارير العيوب وتحديثات تقدم الاختبار لأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
دعم أنشطة الاختبار الأداء والتحميل لأنظمة IROPS خلال سيناريوهات التشغيل الذروة عند الحاجة.
المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات QA وتغطية الاختبار ومنهجيات الاختبار.
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذو صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في ضمان الجودة ضمن صناعة الطيران، مع خبرة عملية قوية في أنظمة العمليات غير المنتظمة (IROPS).
إثبات خبرة في اختبار تعطل الرحلات، والإلغاءات، وإعادة إحالة الركاب، واسترداد الطاقم، وإدارة التأخيرات.
خبرة عملية قوية مع منصات GDS/PSS، ويفضل Amadeus Altéa أو نظام خدمة الركاب المماثل.
فهم راسخ لمعايير NDC وIATA للاضطرابات.
إثبات خبرة في تنفيذ اختبارات End-to-End (E2E)، واختبار تكامل النظام (SIT)، واختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT).
خبرة في التنسيق مع مراقبة العمليات، وعمليات المطارات، وفِرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
خبرة قوية في فرز العيوب، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية (RCA)، وتقديم تقارير إلى أصحاب المصلحة.
مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
مهارات تواصل شفوية وكتابية باللغة الإنجليزية قوية.
المؤهلات المفضلة: خبرة مع Selenium، Playwright، أو REST Assured لأتمتة الاختبار.

Job description
Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a QA Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
Objective: We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Airline Irregular Operations (IROPS) to support the testing and validation of mission-critical airline systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing flight disruption, passenger reaccommodation, crew recovery, and airport operations workflows, ensuring high-quality system performance during operational disruptions.
This role requires either professional fluency in both Arabic and English, or prior international work experience in a Western market (e.
g. US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia).
Responsibilities: Perform functional testing of airline IROPS systems, including flight disruptions, cancellations, passenger re-accommodation, crew recovery, and delay management.
Design, execute, and maintain End-to-End (E2E), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
Validate business workflows across airline operations and ensure compliance with business requirements.
Execute regression testing and support test automation activities using Selenium, Playwright, or REST Assured.
Identify, document, and track defects while performing root cause analysis and validating fixes.
Collaborate with Operations Control, Airport Operations, and IT teams during disruption simulations and testing activities.
Prepare test documentation, defect reports, and testing progress updates for project stakeholders.
Support performance and load testing activities for IROPS systems during peak operational scenarios when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and testing methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the airline industry, with strong hands-on experience in Irregular Operations (IROPS) systems .
Proven experience testing flight disruptions, cancellations, passenger re-accommodation, crew recovery, and delay management workflows.
Strong hands-on experience with GDS/PSS platforms, preferably Amadeus Altéa or a similar Passenger Service System.
Solid understanding of NDC and IATA disruption standards.
Proven experience executing End-to-End ( E2E ), System Integration Testing (SIT) , and User Acceptance Testing (UAT ).
Experience coordinating with Operations Control, Airport Operations, and IT teams.
Strong experience in defect triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and stakeholder reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or REST Assured for test automation.
Experience with Non-Functional and Load Performance Testing.
