• Oversee the entire erection process of heavy machinery and specialized equipment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and implement detailed erection plans, method statements, and risk assessments for complex equipment installations.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, riggers, welders, and safety officers, on-site.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and international standards during erection activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the erection of heavy industrial equipment.

• Proven track record managing large-scale erection projects in sectors like oil & gas, power generation, or mining.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly advantageous.

  ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

  ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
