Position Title : Market Conduct Offsite Examination

Experience : 5-8 years experience in Banking with at least 3 years experience in a similar role.

Location : Abu Dhabi

Language : English

Education : Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics/Finance/Banking or other related discipline.

Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CFA) and / or legal training would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Familiarity with the UAE market and its regulations.

Experience in managing large teams of staff across multiple tasks.

Review investigation of consumer complaints referred by the company s policies to identify potential compliance and misconduct issues. Follow up on issues identified through the supervision process and ensure that the results of assessments are communicated to the LIs. Ensure that institutions manage their market conduct risks in an efficient and effective manner. Utilize the offsite data analysis reports to analyse trends and specific practices thereby enhancing the overall examination process. Review management information and dashboards of risk analysis and identify areas of conduct non-compliance and vulnerabilities in the sector. Carry out systematic research and benchmarking on the marketplace best practices in the area of market conduct and identify areas requiring new regulations
