Administrative Coordinator

Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Full-time · On-site

ABOUT HUMAITA

HUMAITA is a company specialised in the integrated provision of administrative, operational and logistical support services to multinational business groups. With a comprehensive portfolio encompassing corporate property management, executive concierge services, immigration and travel support, executive secretariat assistance, and the end-to-end coordination of missions, events and corporate meetings across multiple jurisdictions, HUMAITA positions itself as a strategic partner of choice for organisations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for organising and controlling administrative routines, ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations of Humaita Services FZCO. On a day-to-day basis, this person will coordinate calendars, documents, budgets, contracts, and physical and digital files, in addition to supporting finance processes such as expense control, assistance with management reports, and logistical demands.

The role also involves overseeing service to internal and external clients and partners, ensuring prompt responses, proper recording of requests, and follow-through on solutions. Project management is a key component of the role: the Administrative Coordinator will monitor project timelines, deliverables and priorities, support the management of administrative KPIs, and collaborate with other areas to keep initiatives on track and optimise workflows.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
