• Provide expert-level support for Jedox FP&A applications, troubleshooting complex issues related to data integration, calculations, and reporting to ensure business continuity.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve system stability.
• Develop and maintain Jedox ETL processes, ensuring accurate and timely data loading from various source systems into the planning models.
• Configure and customize Jedox dimensions, rules, and calculations to meet evolving FP&A business requirements.

• Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong FP&A knowledge across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workflows,

  approvals, and financial validations.

  • Hands-on Jedox experience in administration, Integrator, cubes, dimensions, rules,

  ETL, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security.

  • Ability to diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with Finance, IT,

  vendors, and support teams, and resolve integration or data flow issues.
