HEAVEN. Consulting is a Dubai-based professional services firm providing legal,

investment, and corporate advisory solutions to international clients. Our services span

company formation (free zone and mainland), DIFC Last Will and Testament, UAE Golden

Visa, offshore corporate structuring (Hong Kong, Malaysia – Labuan), and a full range of

Thailand-based legal and investment services including real estate due diligence, visa

processing, and tax filing.

Our client base consists primarily of Hungarian nationals and expatriates navigating major

business setup, investment, and relocation decisions across the UAE and Southeast Asia.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in legal advisory,

corporate services, or professional services to take operational ownership of HEAVEN.

Consulting's service delivery and business development function.

This is not a purely administrative role. The successful candidate will have a working

knowledge of the corporate and legal services we provide — free zone and mainland

company formation, DIFC wills, offshore structures, visa processing — and will use that

knowledge to coordinate the team, manage client cases end-to-end, and develop the firm's

partner and referral network in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full operational workflow: client onboarding, case tracking, service delivery,

follow-up, invoicing, and reporting

• Implement and manage CRM and task management systems; maintain pipeline

visibility and team accountability

• Build, onboard, and manage a team of consultants, PRO staff, and back-office support

• Coordinate directly with free zone authorities (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.), DED,

GDRFA, ICP, banking partners, insurance providers, and PROs

• Manage and grow a referral and partner network: real estate agents, financial advisors,

relocation specialists, accountants, and legal partners

• Drive business development through professional networks and referral channels in

Dubai

• Oversee marketing execution and ensure alignment with HEAVEN. brand standards

• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the consulting division

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates must demonstrate working-level knowledge in the following areas:

UAE Company Formation & Corporate Services

• Free zone company formation: free zone selection, licence types, activity definitions

across 40+ UAE free zones (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, DIFC, ADGM, etc.)

• Mainland (DED) company incorporation: local service agent structure, 100% foreign

ownership framework, activity classifications, mainland licensing process

• Corporate bank account opening: bank requirements, supporting documentation,

process timeline, enhanced due diligence documentation

• UAE labour law: employment visa process, employer obligations, WPS, termination

procedures

• UAE government portals: GDRFA, ICP Smart Services, DED, MoHRE — functional

understanding

• UAE tax environment: corporate tax, VAT registration and filing, basic compliance

obligations

Legal Documents & Residency

• DIFC Last Will and Testament: purpose, scope, non-Muslim expat applicability, Single

Will vs. Mirror Will

• UAE Golden Visa: eligibility routes, AED 2M real estate investment pathway, family

extension process

• UAE residence visas: investor visa, employment visa, dependent visa — process and

authority interactions

Offshore & International Structures

• Hong Kong company: formation, annual renewal, employer MPF contributions, annual

financial records, territorial tax system

• Malaysia – Labuan company: formation, annual renewal, employer contributions,

annual accounting, offshore legal framework, and economic substance requirements

• General understanding of how international holding and offshore structures serve asset

protection, tax efficiency, and operational objectives

Thailand Services

• Real estate due diligence: title deed review, quota checks, zoning, developer

background, chain of title

• Thai Tax Identification Number (TIN): when required, registration process, annual tax

return preparation

• Thai Last Will and Testament: bilingual format, why it is needed, process

• Thai visas: Non-B Visa, Investment Visa (USD 500K+ real estate), Dependent Visa —

eligibility and process

Business Development & Sales

• Referral-based business development: how professional service referral networks

operate in Dubai

• Partner acquisition and relationship management across real estate, financial advisory,

and legal sectors

• Client pipeline management, lead conversion, and client retention in a professional

services environment

• Expat client management: guiding clients through major life and business transitions

with professionalism and clarity

Project Management

• Simultaneous management of multiple active client cases with competing deadlines

• CRM implementation and daily operation: pipeline tracking, task assignment, status

reporting

• Internal process design and documentation

• Team coordination and performance management in a lean structure
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate services, company

formation, compliance, or professional services

• Demonstrated experience building operational structures — not only maintaining

existing ones

• Strong business development track record in a referral-driven market

• CRM experience (implementation and/or management)

• Project management experience: multiple concurrent cases, team coordination, client

accountability

• Excellent English — written and verbal

• Hungarian language proficiency is a strong advantage (primary client base is

Hungarian)
