About the Role

As a Carpenter, you will assemble and install flat-pack saunas and steam rooms for our customers. You will work with precision, uphold high-quality finishes, and ensure the best customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys craftsmanship, problem-solving, and working with premium materials in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install flat-pack saunas and steam rooms according to technical drawings and manufacturer specifications

• Measure, cut, and fit timber and other components accurately

• Install doors, benches, cladding, heaters, steam units, and accessories

• Ensure all installations meet safety, quality, and functional standards

• Communicate professionally with customers on-site and ensure a white glove high end service.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy work area

• Work independently or as part of a small team

Requirements

• Proven carpentry experience (minimum 3 to 4 years preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Confident using power tools and working with various timber materials

• Full driving license (company vehicle may be provided)

• Experience with saunas, steam rooms, or similar installations is an advantage, training will be provided
