Cinergie Digital is hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT software development projects — scope, plan and budget through execution, change control and closure. The role covers in-house builds and vendor implementations across waterfall, Agile (Scrum) and hybrid delivery. Key Responsibilities• Plan, run, monitor, control and report projects across waterfall, Agile (Scrum) and hybrid models.• Develop detailed project plans — scope, timeline, budget, resources, deliverables — for in-house and vendor projects.• Lead the RFP process: requirements, vendor identification, evaluation, selection and contracting. • Set up project-specific governance and cadence with the right stakeholders at the right level. • Manage tasks, dependencies, milestones and resources; monitor costs and deliver within approved budget. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage baseline changes through a formal Change Request process. • Run regular status reviews and reporting, and conduct project reviews to capture improvements. Required Technical Skills • 8+ years of substantiated, verifiable project management experience, including Agile delivery. • 5+ years managing IT software development (application delivery) projects — infrastructure-only experience is not sufficient. • PMP certification is mandatory; Agile certification (CSM / PMI-ACP) is highly desirable. • Ownership of project budgets and costing across software and hardware, delivered within approved cost. • Hands-on RFP and vendor management: evaluation, selection, contracting and delivery oversight. • Formal risk, issue and change management; proficient with Jira, MS Project or similar. Candidate Profile • Bachelor's in Engineering (or similar) and early hands-on software engineering are highly desirable. • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication across IT departments. • Available to join on short notice and work onsite in Dubai.
