Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Virar, overseeing the overall operations and growth of MAC Acoustic & Interior Products LLP. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales and client relationships, supervising project execution, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The role involves monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and cost control, as well as overseeing inventory, procurement, and resource allocation. The Owner will guide the team, set performance expectations, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This position also requires identifying new business opportunities, improving processes, and making strategic decisions to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise teams and coordinate multiple projects on-site. Experience in operations management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing day-to-day business activities in manufacturing, interiors, or construction-related fields. Solid understanding of sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction. Basic financial literacy, including budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking to support sound business decisions. Knowledge of interior or acoustic products, materials, and installation processes is highly beneficial. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to resolving issues on-site. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage. Ability to work full-time on-site in Virar and handle field visits, supplier meetings, and project inspections as needed. Previous experience as a business owner, manager, or senior supervisor in a related industry is preferred.
