• Lead and manage a team of field technicians, ensuring efficient execution of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for telecommunication networks.
• Oversee daily operations, including work order management, resource allocation, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to verify the proper installation and functioning of telecom equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and hands-on support to resolve network disruptions promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

• Proven experience with fiber optics, copper networks, wireless technologies (4G/5G), and associated installation/testing equipment.

• Valid certifications such as Fiber Optic Splicing, Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI), or relevant vendor-specific certifications are highly desirable.
