تقوم KBR بتوسيع فريق استشارات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) ليمتلك تطويرًا صناعيًا مثيرًا وعالي المستوى في أبوظبي. سيكون دور مشروع PMC مأمولًا في البداية في مكتب العميل أو المقاول في أبوظبي.
إن مدير الواجهة هو المسؤول عن تحديد، إدارة، تنسيق، وحل جميع واجهات المشروع الداخلية والخارجية المرتبطة بمشاريع ADNOC Offshore. يضمن الدور التواصل والتكامل السلس بين ADNOC Offshore وPMC والمتعهدين EPC والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين والمرخصين وأصحاب المصلحة من الطرف الثالث لتحقيق تسليم مشروع آمن وفي الوقت المحدد وبتكلفة فعالة.
يلعب مدير الواجهة دورًا حاسمًا في تقليل مخاطر الواجهة، ومنع فجوات النطاق، وتجنب تأخيرات الجدول الزمني، وضمان التوافق بين فرق متعددة التخصصات طوال مراحل الهندسة، المشتريات، البناء، التركيب، التشغيل، والتشغيل التجريبي.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
إدارة الواجهة
- تطوير وتنفيذ والمحافظة على خطة إدارة واجهة المشروع.
- إنشاء وإدارة سجل الواجهات لجميع واجهات المشروع.
- تحديد وتتبع الواجهات الداخلية والخارجية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- ضمان التنسيق الفعّال بين فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتشغيل والتشغيل التجريبي.
- تسهيل حل قضايا الواجهة وتصعيد المسائل الحرجة عند الضرورة.
التنسيق مع العميل وأصحاب المصلحة
- يكون نقطة الاتصال الأساسية لمواضيع الواجهة مع:
- ADNOC Offshore
- مستشار إدارة المشروع (PMC)
- المقاولون EPC
- الموردون والمزودون
- المقاولون من الباطن
- فِرَق التشغيل والأصول
- الجهات التنظيمية
- إدارة توقعات أصحاب المصلحة وضمان التواصل الفعّال بين جميع الأطراف.
- تنظيم وقيادة اجتماعات التنسيق الواجهى.
إدارة الواجهة الهندسية
- تنسيق واجهات الهندسة متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك:
- العمليات
- الميكانيك
- التجهيزات الأنابيب
- الكهرباء
- الآلات والقياس
- الاتصالات
- المدني والهندسة الإنشائية
- التأكد من تعريف متطلبات الواجهة بوضوح والتواصل الفعّال لها.
- مراقبة تسليمات الهندسة التي تؤثر على نقاط الواجهة وضمان إغلاق الإجراءات في الوقت المناسب.
- تنسيق إدارة الاستفسارات الفنية والتوضيحات التصميمية.
التنسيق للمواجهة البحرية والواجهة البنية القديمة
- إدارة الواجهات المتعلقة بـ:
- المرافق البحرية ADNOC الحالية
- تعديلات Brownfield
- الجزر البحرية
- المرافق تحت سطح البحر
- أنظمة خطوط الأنابيب والكابلات
- أنشطة SIMOPS
- أعمال الإيقاف والربط
- التنسيق مع فرق التشغيل والأصول لضمان أقل قدر من الاضطراب لFacilities الإنتاجية.
التحكم في المشروع وإدارة المخاطر
- مراقبة مخاطر وفرص الواجهة.
- ضمان إدراج نشاطات الواجهة ضمن جداول المشروع.
- تتبع مخرجات ومراحل الواجهة.
- وضع خطط التخفيف المحتملة للنزاعات في الواجهة.
- دعم تقييمات ومراجعات مخاطر المشروع.
إدارة التغيير
- دعم إدارة التغيير (MOC) لعمليات التعديلات المرتبطة بالواجهة.
- تقييم تأثيرات الواجهة الناتجة عن تغييرات التصميم ونطاق العمل والانحرافات التقنية.
- ضمان توثيق جميع تغييرات الواجهة والتواصل بها بشكل مناسب.
المشتريات وإدارة الموردين
- تنسيق الواجهات بين فرق EPC وموردي المعدات.
- مراجعة مخرجات الموردين التي تؤثر على عدة تخصصات المشروع.
- ضمان الحل السريع لقضايا الموردين الفنية التي تؤثر على تنفيذ المشروع.
- دعم فرق التوريد والتسريع في المسائل الحيوية للواجهة.
البناء والدعم في التشغيل والاختبار
- تنسيق الواجهات المرتبطة بالبناء بين المقاولين وأصول ADNOC Offshore التشغيلية.
- ضمان معالجة متطلبات الواجهة قبل الإنهاء الميكاني والتشغيل التجريبي.
- دعم أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل والتشغيل التجريبي والتسليم.
- تنسيق تخطيط الربط وتخطيط الإغلاق.
التوثيق والتقارير
- الحفاظ على سجلات واجهة شاملة ومتابعة الإجراءات.
- إعداد تقارير ولوحات معلومات إدارة الواجهة.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء للواجهة وتقدم المشروع.
- عرض تحديثات أداء الواجهة لقيادة المشروع وممثلي ADNOC Offshore.
المؤهلات
التعليم
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، المدنية، الكيميائية، أو ما يعادلها).
- درجة الماجستير في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في النفط والغاز.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة الواجهة، هندسة المشروع، إدارة الهندسة، أو أدوار إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في ADNOC Offshore، ADNOC Onshore، Saudi Aramco، QatarEnergy، أو مشاريع EPC Offshore كبرى.
- خبرة في تطويرات بحرية كبيرة بنيت ومحايدة (Brownfield وGreenfield).
- خبرة في إدارة واجهات أصحاب المصلحة المعقدة.

Job Title: Interface Manager - Offshore
KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Client or Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi.
The Interface Manager is responsible for identifying, managing, coordinating, and resolving all internal and external project interfaces associated with ADNOC Offshore projects. The role ensures seamless communication and integration between ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, licensors, and third-party stakeholders to achieve safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
The Interface Manager plays a critical role in mitigating interface risks, preventing scope gaps, avoiding schedule delays, and ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams throughout engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and startup phases.
Key Responsibilities
Interface Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan.
- Establish and manage the Interface Register for all project interfaces.
- Identify and track internal and external interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Facilitate resolution of interface issues and escalate critical matters when required.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary focal point for interface matters with:
- ADNOC Offshore
- Project Management Consultant (PMC)
- EPC Contractors
- Vendors and Suppliers
- Subcontractors
- Operations and Asset Teams
- Regulatory Authorities
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all parties.
- Organize and lead interface coordination meetings.
Engineering Interface Management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces including:
- Process
- Mechanical

- Ensure interface requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
- Monitor engineering deliverables affecting interface points and ensure timely closure of actions.
- Coordinate management of technical queries and design clarifications.
Offshore & Brownfield Interface Coordination
- Manage interfaces related to:
- Existing ADNOC Offshore facilities
- Brownfield modifications
- Offshore platforms
- Subsea facilities
- Pipelines and cable systems
- SIMOPS activities
- Shutdown and tie-in works
- Coordinate with Operations and Asset Teams to ensure minimal disruption to production facilities.
Project Controls & Risk Management
- Monitor interface-related risks and opportunities.
- Ensure interface activities are incorporated into project schedules.
- Track interface deliverables and milestones.
- Develop mitigation plans for potential interface conflicts.
- Support project risk assessments and management reviews.
Change Management
- Support Management of Change (MOC) processes for interface-related modifications.
- Evaluate interface impacts arising from design changes, scope changes, and technical deviations.
- Ensure all interface changes are properly documented and communicated.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate interfaces between EPC teams and equipment suppliers.
- Review vendor deliverables affecting multiple project disciplines.
- Ensure timely resolution of vendor technical issues impacting project execution.
- Support expediting and procurement teams on critical interface matters.
Construction & Commissioning Support
- Coordinate construction-related interfaces between contractors and ADNOC Offshore operational assets.
- Ensure interface requirements are addressed before mechanical completion and commissioning.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and handover activities.
- Coordinate tie-in and shutdown interface planning.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive interface registers and action trackers.
- Prepare interface management reports and dashboards.
- Track interface KPIs and progress status.
- Present interface performance updates to project leadership and ADNOC Offshore representatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or equivalent).
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Project Management is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Interface Management, Project Engineering, Engineering Management, or Project Management roles.
- Proven experience in ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Onshore, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, or major offshore EPC projects.
- Experience with large-scale offshore brownfield and greenfield developments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder interfaces.
