Manager – Strategic Projects to join our team and lead large-scale strategic transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP), this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation across multiple business functions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong PMO background who have successfully delivered complex transformation programs, influenced senior stakeholders, and managed strategic initiatives across large organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide strategic transformation programs and drive successful project delivery. Strengthen PMO governance, project planning, tracking, reporting, and performance management. Manage complex stakeholder relationships and align cross-functional teams toward common strategic objectives. Drive initiatives focused on customer and operational journeys, identifying root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities. Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership. Ensure effective portfolio visibility while maintaining hands-on ownership of strategic projects. Requirements:Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects in complex organizations. Strong expertise in PMO, strategic project delivery, and stakeholder management. Solid understanding of Portfolio Management principles while remaining hands-on in project execution. Experience mapping and improving Customer Journeys or operational journeys. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to develop executive dashboards and project insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. Experience with leading consulting firms, the energy sector, telecommunications, and/or other leading national organizations is highly desirable.
