DECA PROPERTIES is looking to hire dynamic and well-presented Relationship Managers to join our growing real estate sales team. We are seeking experienced professionals who are currently active in the UAE real estate market and have a strong background working directly with developers.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners. Promote DECA PROPERTIES’ projects to brokers, agencies, and potential clients. Generate sales leads through an active agency network. Conduct project presentations and provide accurate information about available inventory, pricing, and payment plans. Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to support deal closures. Maintain regular follow-ups with agency partners to drive consistent sales performance. Represent the company professionally at meetings, launches, events, and broker briefings.
Requirements:Minimum 2 years of recent experience with developer is mandatory. Must be currently active in the real estate market with a developer. Strong existing agency network is required. Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated, professional, and target driven. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
