Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Technician role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The MEP Technician will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing faults, and performing corrective actions for HVAC, electrical fittings and fixtures, and sanitary systems. The role involves responding to service requests, supporting project teams during fit-out and refurbishment works, and ensuring all tasks comply with safety standards, approved drawings, and technical documentation. The MEP Technician will collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors, maintain accurate service records, and contribute to efficient, high-quality project and maintenance delivery.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance planning, and execution to minimize system downtime. Ability in Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. Relevant technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP engineering or a related discipline. Hands-on experience in building services, facilities maintenance, or electromechanical contracting environments. Working knowledge of safety standards, HSE practices, and local regulatory requirements. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals. Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and within a team. Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to varying project and maintenance schedules.
