Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE (On-site) - Near Onpassive Metro Station, 10 minutes walk from the metrostation to the office.

We’re looking for an experienced Shopify Ecommerce & Inventory Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of our online store. This role is ideal for someone who understands both ecommerce and inventory management, ensuring products are always accurate, in stock and optimised for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website Management Manage the day-to-day operation of the Shopify website Upload and maintain products, collections and categories Optimise product pages for conversion and SEOCreate landing pages and merchandising campaigns Manage navigation, menus and customer journey Monitor website performance and recommend improvements Test new features, apps and integrations Ensure pricing, promotions and discounts are accurate
Inventory & Stock Management Maintain accurate inventory across all product categories Monitor stock levels and availability Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams Forecast stock requirements based on sales trends Prevent overselling and minimise out-of-stock products Maintain inventory accuracy within Shopify Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
Ecommerce Performance Monitor website KPIs including:Conversion Rate Average Order Value Cart Abandonment Revenue Best Selling Products Analyse customer purchasing behaviour Produce weekly and monthly performance reports Recommend improvements to increase online sales
Customer Experience Ensure product information is complete and accurate Improve search functionality and product filtering Monitor website issues and resolve quickly Optimise the online shopping experience from homepage to checkout
Requirements
Essential Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a Shopify ecommerce website Currently based in the UAEExperience managing inventory within Shopify or another ecommerce platform Strong understanding of ecommerce operations Excellent organisational skills High attention to detail Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience with Shopify Apps Strong analytical mindset Excellent English communication skills
Highly Desirable Experience within food, FMCG, grocery or fresh food ecommerce Knowledge of inventory forecasting Experience with barcode and warehouse systems Shopify Plus experience Basic HTML/CSS knowledge SEO experience Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) Experience with Klaviyo Experience with Meta Commerce Manager Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
