Product Manager

• 2 Year extendable contract
• Abu Dhabi | Office based

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – AI Products to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions. This role will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering, data, and business teams to bring AI products from concept to production.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI products deliver measurable business value while meeting quality, governance, and user adoption objectives. 

• Own and manage the product roadmap for AI-powered products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. 
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and user needs. 
• Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria. 
• Define product success metrics and quality standards, including areas such as accuracy, adoption, user satisfaction, performance, and responsible AI considerations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and AI development teams throughout the product lifecycle. 
• Lead product discovery, pilot initiatives, user testing, and phased product releases. 
• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and drive continuous improvement through backlog prioritization. 
• Manage stakeholder communications, executive updates, product demonstrations, and release planning. 
• Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
• Support change management, user adoption, and enablement activities to maximize business value realization. 

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within technology, AI, machine learning, or data-driven products. 
• Proven track record of managing products from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and large language model (LLM) capabilities and limitations. 
• Experience defining product requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. 
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
