قيادة فريق QC: تعيين المهام اليومية، إدارة الحضور وتقييم أداء فاحصي QC على الموقع للمواد المدخلات والنهائية؛ تدريب المفتشين في الخط الأمامي على المهارات والمعايير للحفاظ على اتساق معايير الحكم.
تنفيذ التفتيش: تنسيق التفتيش الوارد (IQC)، وفي العملية (IPQC) والصادر (OQC)؛ الإشراف على أن يتبع المفتشون إجراءات SIP والرسومات والعينات بدقة، لضمان تطبيق خطط أخذ العينات ومعايير القبول بدقة.
التعامل مع الحالات الشاذة: عند وقوع شوائب في الجودة، التحقق من العيب، المساعدة في إصدار جداول اتصال بالشذوذ، وتحديد وعزل والمتابعة للمنتجات غير المطابقة.
إدارة أدوات القياس: الحفاظ على أدوات الفحص (المثقاب، أجهزة القياس، الأمتار المتعددة، مقاييس الشد، إلخ) بحالة معايرة وفعالة.
البيانات والتقارير: مراجعة سجلات التفتيش؛ تجميع معدل قبول المورد، توزيع العيوب الرئيسية وغيرها من التقارير، وتقديم اتجاهات الجودة إلى مدير الجودة.
مراقبة العملية (IPQC): إدارة دوريات الجودة أثناء العملية، إشراف فحص العينة الأولى والدوريات والفحص النهائي لضمان بقاء العملية تحت السيطرة؛ اكتشاف وتصحيح الانتهاكات في الخط بسرعة.
تنسيق تدفق المواد: الحفاظ على اتصال وثيق مع المستودع ومرجع المواد (MC) لتنسيق فحص القناة الخضراء للمواد العاجلة وضمان دوران المواد بسلاسة.
الملف المرشح المرغوب
دبلوم ك college/تقني ثانوي أو أعلى؛ خبرة جودة 3+ سنوات في تصنيع الإلكترونيات، بما في ذلك خبرة كقائد فريق IQC/QC أو مفتش كبير.
بارع في معايير أخذ العينات AQL (مثلاً GB/T2828 أو ISO2859); قادر على قراءة رسومات أجزاء ميكانيكية والمواصفات الفنية بدقة.
مألوف بالعيوب الشائعة ومعايير القبول لمواد السجائر الإلكترونية (الأجهزة، البلاستيك، البطاريات، السائل الإلكتروني، التغليف) مفضل.
الإنجليزية جيدة (قادر على مراجعة الوثائق التقنية الإنجليزية، وتوجيه المفتشين الأجانب وإكمال تقارير الجودة الإنجليزية).
متمكن من وحدات جودة ERP وجمع بيانات Excel.
مبدؤه عالي منظم، موضوعي ونزيه؛ تواصل جيد وروح الفريق؛ دقيق تحت الضغط.
QC team leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage attendance and evaluate performance of on-site IPQC and finished-goods QC inspectors; train front-line inspectors on skills and standards to keep judgement criteria consistent.
Inspection execution: Coordinate incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC) and outgoing (OQC) inspection; supervise inspectors to follow SIPs, drawings and samples strictly, ensuring sampling plans and acceptance criteria are applied accurately.
Abnormality handling: When quality abnormalities occur, verify the defect, assist in issuing abnormality-contact sheets, and identify, isolate and follow up on non-conforming products.
Measuring-tool management: Maintain and keep inspection instruments (calipers, projectors, multimeters, tension gauges, etc.) in calibrated, effective condition.
Data & reporting: Review inspection records; compile supplier acceptance rate, main defect distribution and other reports, and report quality trends to the Quality Manager.
Process monitoring (IPQC): Manage in-process quality patrols, supervising first-article, patrol and final inspection so the process stays under control; promptly detect and correct line violations.
Material-flow coordination: Keep close contact with the warehouse and Material Controller (MC) to coordinate green-channel inspection of urgent materials and ensure smooth material turnover.
Desired Candidate Profile
College / technical secondary diploma or above; 3+ years' quality experience in electronics manufacturing, including experience as an IQC/QC team leader or senior inspector.
Skilled in AQL sampling standards (e.g. GB/T2828 or ISO2859); able to read mechanical part drawings and technical specifications accurately.
Familiar with common defects and acceptance criteria of e-cigarette materials (hardware, plastics, batteries, e-liquid, packaging) preferred.
Good English (able to review English technical documents, direct foreign inspectors and complete English quality reports).
Proficient with ERP quality modules and Excel data summarization.
Highly principled, objective and fair; good communication and teamwork; meticulous under pressure.
