وصف الوظيفة
- إنشاء نموذج BIM (نموذج ME
& HVAC) حتى LOD 450 والكشف عن التعارضات للتنسيق.
- إعداد مخططات خدمات المبنى MEP.
- التنسيق مع المهندس في إعداد رسومات التصميم والتفاصيل للبناء.
- فحص الرسومات لاكتشاف الت discrepancies والأخطاء وإجراء التصحيحات اللازمة للمشروع.
- توفير رسومات تفصيلية / رسومات ورشة من أجل وضوح المخططات والتفاصيل.
- المسؤول عن تنسيق رسومات MEP مع المعماري
- إنشاء نموذج ثلاثي الأبعاد معماري وهندسي بناءً على الرسومات ثنائية الأبعاد والكشف عن التعارضات للتنسيق.
- التنسيق مع المعماري (مدخل النموذج المعماري) لإعداد رسومات التصميم والتفاصيل للبناء.
- إنشاء عروض render وفيديوهات جولة من النماذج التي تم إنشاؤها
- القدرة على استخدام أدوات قياس هندسية للأنابيب، القنوات، الكابلات، إلخ
- إجراء زيارة ميدانية لقياس المنطقة لأغراض كما-بناء.
- استخراج BOQs وجداول لجميع مكونات MEP مثل الأنابيب، صواني الكابلات، الكابلات، القنوات، الصمامات، ملحقات القنوات
المؤهلات
- دبلوم في أحد فروع الهندسة (يفضل الميكانيكي)
معلومات إضافية
- القدرة على العمل باستخدام برامج النمذجة مثل (Revit، AutoCAD، Plant 3D)
- القدرة على استخدام برامج كشف التعارض مثل Navisworks
- لديه خلفية هندسية قوية في كل من المجالين الميكانيكي والكهربائي
- لديه معرفة جيدة بمكونات ونُظم MEP و HVAC واستخداماتها
- القدرة على استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office

Job Description
- Create BIM Model (MEP & HVAC model) up to LOD 450 and do clash detection for coordination.
- Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts.
- Coordinates with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
- Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and do corrections necessary for the project.
- Provides spot detail / Shop drawings for the clarity of the plans and details.
- Responsible for MEP drawing coordination with Architectural
- Create Architectural and structural 3D Model based on 2D drawings and do clash detection for coordination.
- Coordinates with the Architect ( architectural model input ) in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
- Create render views and walkthrough videos out of the created models
- Able to use engineering sizing tools for pipes , ducts , cables , etc
- Making Site visit for the measurement of the Area, for as-built purposes.
- Extract BOQs & schedules for all MEP components such as Pipes , cable trays , cables , ducts , valves , duct accessories
Qualifications
- Diploma in on of engineering field ( mechanical preferred )
Additional Information
- Ability to work using modeling software’s such as ( Revit , AutoCAD , Plant 3D )
- Ability to use clash detection software’s such as Navisworks
- Have strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical field
- Have fair knowledge on the MEP & HVAC system components and uses
- Ability to use Microsoft office applications
