The project:

Large residential masterplan community consisting of villas, townhouses, and all associated infrastructure.

Responsible for leading the delivery of designated work packages, ensuring performance against safety, quality, cost, and programme objectives. Working collaboratively within the construction delivery team, the role builds strong relationships with subcontractors, stakeholders, and project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

•    Supports team performance through coaching, technical development, and performance management.
•    Manages delivery of a specific structure or fit-out package, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.
•    Coordinates with package managers on programme alignment and critical path activities.
•    Chairs look-ahead meetings, driving short-term planning and coordination.
•    Tracks planned vs actual progress, escalating deviations to construction leadership when needed.
•    Understands and applies the project’s digital strategy and knows where to access construction information.
•    Manages area close-out, ensuring QA/QC compliance, ITPs, and handover readiness.
•    Builds strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
•    Leverages best practices from centers of excellence and company knowledge hubs.
•    Drives sustainability goals, contributing to net zero carbon efforts and responsible business practices.

You'll need to have:
•    Proven experience in project and construction delivery.
•    Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
•    Relevant technical qualifications, i.e., Managerial CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
•    Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
