الإشراف على أنشطة صيانة تكييف سبليت اليومية وتنسيقها.
قيادة وتوجيه فنّيي التكييف في مواقع المشروع المختلفة.
وضع جداول الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
فحص الأعمال المنفذة لضمان الجودة والامتثال.
التنسيق مع العملاء وممثلي الموقع.
إعداد تقارير العمل اليومية ومتطلبات المواد.
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وإجراءات الشركة.
تشخيص المشكلات الفنية وتقديم الدعم الفني في الموقع عند الحاجة.
الملف المهني المثالي
خبرة لا تقل عن 2–3 سنوات في الإمارات كمشرف تكييف سبليت.
خبرة عملية في صيانة تكييف سبليت مطلوبة.
رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات (إلزامية).
دبلوم /ITI في التبريد وتكييف الهواء أو ما يعادله.
مهارات القيادة والاتصال وحل المشكلات جيدة.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة فريق من الفنيين.
Supervise and coordinate daily Split AC maintenance activities.
Lead and guide AC technicians at various project sites.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
Coordinate with clients and site representatives.
Prepare daily work reports and material requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site technical support when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Split AC Supervisor.
Hands-on experience in Split AC maintenance is mandatory.
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Diploma / ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team of technicians.
