Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Completion of specialist training in Cardiothoracic Surgery .
UK CCT in Cardiothoracic Surgery or an equivalent internationally recognized Board Certification .
Fellowship training or advanced expertise in cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, or a related subspecialty is preferred.
Eligibility for or possession of the relevant UAE health authority license (DHA, DOH, or MOH, depending on the location).
Minimum of 5 years of post-CCT/Board Certification experience as a Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon.
Proven experience in complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
Strong surgical skills, clinical judgment, and leadership abilities.
