بصفتك مُعِدة غرف التدبير المنزلي، ستُظهر فن الضيافة الآسيوي من خلال كل تفصيل. أكثر من تجهيز الغرف، أنت تصنع لحظات من الراحة والعناية والانتماء—مبدعاً مساحة حيث يمكن لضيوفك أن يجدوا شانغريلا الخاصة بهم حقاً.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تنظيف وتزويد جميع المناطق المخصصة وفقًا للمعايير التي يحددها الفندق.
- تنظيم واستعادة وإعادة تعبئة غرف الضيوف أو مناطق أخرى من الفندق وفق المعايير المعتمدة
- الالتزام باالمعايير واستخدام تقنيات التنظيف والمواد الكيميائية الخاصة بالتنظيف.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع زملاء التدبير المنزلي وباقي الأقسام لضمان خدمة ضيوف سلسة.
- التبليغ والتنسيق – الإبلاغ الفوري عن احتياجات الصيانة، والعناصر المفقودة، والمواقف غير الاعتيادية للمشرفين.
عنك
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في فندق خمس نجوم في نفس الدور.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.
- القدرة على القراءة والتحدث وفهم اللغة الإنجليزية.
- نعتة إيجابية وودودة تجاه الضيوف والزملاء.

About the Role
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will bring the Asian art of hosting to life through every detail. More than preparing rooms, you craft moments of comfort, care, and belonging—creating a space where guests can truly find their own Shangri‑La.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and supply all assigned areas according to standards set by the Hotel.
- Organize, restore and restock guest rooms or other areas of the hotel according to established standards
- Follow compliance with the use of cleaning techniques and chemicals used for cleaning.
- Working closely with housekeeping colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Reporting & Coordination – Promptly reporting maintenance needs, lost & found items, and unusual situations to supervisors.
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience in 5* luxury hotel in the same role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, speak and understand English language.
- A positive and friendly attitude towards guests and fellow employees.
