• Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and mosaic tiles on floors and walls.

• Measure, mark, cut, and lay tiles accurately according to drawings and site requirements.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, screeding, and waterproofing before tile installation.

• Apply tile adhesive, mortar, and grout using proper installation techniques.

• Ensure correct tile alignment, spacing, levels, and high-quality finishing.

• Read and interpret tile layouts, shop drawings, and installation details.

• Repair or replace damaged or defective tiles when required.

• Maintain clean joints, edges, and finished surfaces.

• Coordinate with site supervisors and other construction trades to complete work on schedule.

• Follow project quality standards and client specifications.

• Operate tile-cutting machines and hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Comply with UAE health and safety regulations at all times.

• Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship.

• Report material shortages, site issues, or installation defects to the Site Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Tile Mason in interior fit-out or construction projects.

• Skilled in installing ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite and mosaic tiles.

• Good knowledge of tile cutting, leveling, grouting, waterproofing and finishing techniques.

• Ability to read basic drawings and follow site instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Responsible, hardworking, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team..

• Knowledge of UAE construction safety practices.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
