We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled MEP Technician for our building facilities in the UAE.

We require a candidate who is already in the country and possesses solid, hands-on UAE field experience. Please review our specific criteria below:

Key Job Requirements:

• HVAC / Mechanical: Troubleshooting split units, FCUs, AHUs, and basic chiller maintenance.

• Electrical: Handling distribution boards, lighting, control panels, and troubleshooting faults safely.

• Plumbing: Maintaining water booster pumps, drainage lines, and sanitary fixtures.

• Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with UAE building systems and safety standards (e.g., DEWA/SEWA).

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven building maintenance experience inside the UAE.

• Availability: Immediate start preferred (on a cancelled visa, visit visa, or transferable visa).
