Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based at BERG Industries in Ras Al Khaimah. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of steel fabrication and EPC activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, monitoring progress and risks, coordinating with engineering, fabrication, logistics, and inspection teams, and liaising with clients and vendors for approvals and issue resolution. The role involves overseeing expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, aligning logistics and site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company procedures. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement, report project status to leadership, and foster effective team collaboration on site. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and risk management. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to coordinate and review quality checks, ensure compliance with standards, and verify fabrication and installation work. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, material handling, and site deliveries, optimizing project timelines and costs. Relevant engineering or technical degree/diploma in civil, mechanical, or industrial disciplines is preferred. Experience in steel fabrication, EPC projects, or oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction sectors is highly beneficial. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
