We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to evaluate tender documents, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and deliver accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Electrical) construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze tender drawings, project specifications, and scope of work to prepare complete MEP cost estimates.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Raise Requests for Information (RFIs) and negotiate competitive quotations with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Prepare value engineering options, commercial bids, and technical tender proposals.
Coordinate with project management, procurement, and civil teams during the pre-tendering phase.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 8 years in MEP estimation within the UAE construction sector.
Skills: Expert in AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced cost modeling), and tendering software.
Visa Status: UAE Residence Visa / Transferable Visa / Immediate Joiners preferred.

إعداد خيارات الهندسة القيمية، العروض التجارية، والاقتراحات الفنية للمناقصة.
التنسيق مع إدارة المشروع، الشراء، والفرق المدنية خلال المرحلة قبل المناقصة.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.
الخبرة: من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في تقدير MEP ضمن قطاع البناء في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
المهارات: خبير في AutoCAD، MS Excel (نمذجة التكلفة المتقدمة)، وبرامج المناقصة.
وضع التأشيرة: إقامة إماراتية / تأشيرة قابلة للنقل / الانضمام الفوري مفضل.
