Are you a proactive professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills? Manhattan Management Consultancy is looking for an Operations & Strategic Partnerships Executive to strengthen our operational network and expand our global business collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with UAE Free Zones, government authorities, and business partners to facilitate smooth business setup operations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of client applications and operational requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with Free Zone authorities and external stakeholders. Identify and reach out to consultancy firms, business advisors, and corporate service providers in international markets. Develop strategic partnership opportunities with overseas companies. Negotiate and manage referral partnerships where partners refer clients to Manhattan Management Consultancy in exchange for agreed commission structures. Conduct outreach through email, Linked In, phone calls, and virtual meetings to establish long-term business relationships. Track partnership performance and maintain accurate records of communications and agreements. Collaborate with management to identify new markets and expansion opportunities. Support other operational and business development initiatives as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.1+ years of experience in operations, business development, partnerships, or corporate relations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). Strong networking and relationship management abilities. Comfortable with cold outreach and building strategic partnerships. Knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and Free Zone operations is highly preferred. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
