Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities are executed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily site reports, progress updates, incident reports, and material usage records.
Supervise construction activities, including architectural, civil, MEP, and joinery works, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements.
Review, prepare, and create Bills of Quantities (BOQs), as well as evaluate, price, and verify BOQs for project costing, budgeting, and tender submissions.
Coordinate and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring proper integration with overall construction activities.
Utilize AutoCAD to review, interpret, and make basic modifications to construction drawings as required.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and overall project management to ensure timely project completion.
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues, provide project updates, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and contractual obligations.
Identify site issues proactively and recommend practical solutions to maintain project progress and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Experience in MEP works, joinery supervision, BOQ preparation and pricing, and basic AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Proactive, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
OSHA, PMP, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
