Job Details

  • Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities are executed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining an efficient workflow.

  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily site reports, progress updates, incident reports, and material usage records.

  • Supervise construction activities, including architectural, civil, MEP, and joinery works, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements.

  • Review, prepare, and create Bills of Quantities (BOQs), as well as evaluate, price, and verify BOQs for project costing, budgeting, and tender submissions.

  • Coordinate and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring proper integration with overall construction activities.

  • Utilize AutoCAD to review, interpret, and make basic modifications to construction drawings as required.

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and overall project management to ensure timely project completion.

  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues, provide project updates, and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and contractual obligations.

  • Identify site issues proactively and recommend practical solutions to maintain project progress and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.

  • Experience in MEP works, joinery supervision, BOQ preparation and pricing, and basic AutoCAD.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • OSHA, PMP, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
