ملخص الوظيفة:
المهندس الصياني مسؤول عن التنفيذ والتركيب والصيانة والاختبار واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة مكافحة الحريق، مع خبرة قوية في مضخات الحريق والمحركات الكهربائية والمحركات diesel والمتحكمات في المضخات والمكونات ذات الصلة بمكافحة الحرائق. تشمل الدور تنسيق الميدان والدعم الفني والصيانة الدورية والاختبار والتأكد من الامتثال لمخططات المشروع ومعايير السلامة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تنفيذ أنشطة التركيب والاختبار والتكليف والصيانة لأنظمة مكافحة الحريق.
التعامل مع التركيب واستكشاف الأخطاء وصيانة مضخات الحريق والمحركات الكهربائية وموتورات الديزل ومتحكمات المضخات.
إجراء محاذاة المضخات والصيانة الدورية وخدمات الأداء واختبار أداء مضخات الحريق.
قيام بخدمات صيانة بسيطة للمحركات الديزل والمحركات الكهربائية.
فحص واستكشاف مكونات نظام مكافحة الحريق والصمامات وال التركيبات.
التنسيق مع فرق الموقع والمقاولين الفرعيين والمستشارين والعملاء لتحقيق تنفيذ سلس للمشروع.
التأكد من إتمام أنشطة المشروع وفق الرسومات والمواصفات ومعايير السلامة المعتمدة.
إعداد تقارير الصيانة وسجلات الفحص ووثائق الاختبار.
حضور اجتماعات تقنية وتقديم الدعم الهندسي أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
التأكد من الامتثال لمعايير NFPA والأنظمة المحلية وإجراءات جودة الشركة.
المهارات التقنية:
معرفة قوية بأنظمة مكافحة الحريق وتركيب مضخات الحريق.
فهم قوي للمحركات الكهربائية ومحركات الديزل ومتحكمات المضخات.
معرفة استكشاف أخطاء وحدات التحكم وطرق التوصيل Star Delta.
خبرة في محاذاة المضخات والصيانة الدورية واختبار الأداء.
الإلمام بصمامات ومكونات نظام مكافحة الحرائق والتجهيزات.
القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية والمخططات والدوائر الكهربائية.
مهارات جيدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
درجة البكالوريوس / دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في مشاريع وأنظمة مكافحة الحريق والصيانة.
يفضل الخبرة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة/دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
يفضل معرفة بمعايير NFPA ولوائح مكافحة الحريق.
رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات تعتبر ميزة.

Job description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the execution, installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of Fire Fighting Systems, with strong expertise in fire pumps, electric motors, diesel engines, pump controllers, and related firefighting components. The role includes site coordination, technical support, periodic maintenance, testing, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for Fire Fighting Systems.
Handle installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire pumps, electric motors, diesel engines, and pump controllers.
Conduct pump alignment, periodic maintenance, servicing, and performance testing of fire pumps.
Carry out minor servicing and maintenance of diesel engines and electric motors.
Inspect and troubleshoot firefighting system components, valves, and fittings.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
Ensure project activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and testing documentation.
Attend technical meetings and provide engineering support during project execution.
Ensure compliance with NFPA, local authority regulations, and company quality procedures.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Sound knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems and Fire Pump installations.
Strong understanding of Electric Motors, Diesel Engines, and Pump Controllers.
Knowledge of controller troubleshooting and Star Delta wiring.
Expertise in pump alignment, periodic maintenance, and performance testing.
Familiarity with firefighting valves, fittings, and system components.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Fire Fighting Systems projects and maintenance.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Knowledge of NFPA standards and firefighting regulations preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
