• Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.

  • Conduct requirement workshops with business and operations teams.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

  Business Banking Expertise

  • Lead initiatives related to

    • Customer Onboarding & KYC

    • Account Maintenance

    • Customer Due Diligence CDD

    • Cash Management

  Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams.

  • Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthrough sessions.

  • Manage requirement change requests and impact assessments.

  Testing & Delivery

  • Support SIT and UAT activities.

  • Prepare test scenarios and business validation scripts.

  • Participate in production readiness and post-implementation support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience Minimum 3 years in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Corporate Banking Strong understanding of Banking Operations and Regulatory requirements Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models Knowledge of KYC & AML FATCA / CRS Business Account Opening Corporate Customer Servicing Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio/Draw io CBAP, PMI PBA, or Agile Certification preferred Banking experience within the UAE/GCC market preferred
