Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end application projects, including requirements gathering, RFP preparation, solution design, UAT, implementation, go-live, and transition to support, ensuring successful digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to ensure quality delivery, SLA compliance, effective release management, and optimal application performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and internal IT teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain IT governance standards by supporting audits, monitoring compliance, managing IT risks, overseeing change management, and tracking IT performance.
• Support enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, data flows, testing, documentation, and continuous enhancements to ensure alignment with the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
Qualifications:
• 30 years old and below
• 6–10 years of experience managing enterprise IT applications and delivering end-to-end implementation projects within large or multi-site organizations, with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, Finance, Loyalty, or Guest Management Systems, including system integrations, APIs, IT governance, digital transformation, and stakeholder management; familiarity with Azure/AWS, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Agile/Waterfall/ITIL is preferred.
• Proven experience managing software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers, ensuring SLA compliance; PMP or ITIL certification is an advantage.
