نحن نبحث عن مهندس صيانة مرافق نشط وذو كفاءة تقنية لينضم إلى فريق إدارة مرافق البيع بالتجزئة لعميلنا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة عملية في أنظمة MEP، صيانة التكييف والكفاءة في تشغيل المرافق لضمان صيانة فعالة وأداء للمرافق التجارية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- مراجعة رسومات MEP والمواصفات الفنية لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- إجراء فحوصات ميدانية دورية لمراقبة أنشطة الصيانة وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
- تشخيص أعطال ونُظم التكييف، بما في ذلك المبردات ووحدات DX.
- التنسيق والمتابعة مع مقاولي AMC لضمان تنفيذ جداول الصيانة المخطط لها Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) في الوقت المحدد.
- مراقبة أعمال صيانة المرافق وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والتشغيل.
- إعداد وتحديث الرسومات الفنية الأساسية باستخدام AutoCAD.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين للأنشطة المتعلقة بالصيانة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات و تقارير ووثائق الصيانة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح الإماراتية ومعايير الصحة والسلامة.
المتطلبات المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية.
- 2–4 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة مرافق البيع بالتجزئة داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC، وبخاصة المبردات ووحدات DX.
- القدرة على تفسير رسومات MEP والمواصفات الفنية.
- خبرة في التنسيق مع مقدمي خدمة عقد الصيانة السنوية (AMC).
- معرفة عملية بـ AutoCAD لإعداد ومراجعة الرسومات الأساسية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، وحل المشكلات، والاتصال.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

- معرفة بإجراءات الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- الاطلاع على معايير إدارة مرافق الإمارات وأفضل الممارسات.

Job description
We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our client's retail facility management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MEP systems, HVAC maintenance, and facility operations, ensuring the efficient maintenance and performance of retail facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review MEP drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor maintenance activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including Chiller and DX units.
- Coordinate and follow up with AMC contractors to ensure Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules are executed on time.
- Monitor facility maintenance works and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Prepare and update basic technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance-related activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and health & safety standards.
RequirementsQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in Retail Facility Management within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly Chiller and DX units.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience coordinating with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing basic drawings.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE facility management standards and best practices.
