تنمو KBR فريقها لاستشارات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) من أجل تطوير بحري مثير وبارز في أبوظبي. سيكون دور مشروع ADNOC PMC مقرونه مبدئياً بمكتب المقاولين/مكتب ورشة التصنيع في أبوظبي لبضع وقت ثم سينتقل لاحقاً إلى الموقع البحري بتناوب 6 أسابيع عمل / 3 أسابيع راحة.
الغرض من الوظيفة
المهندس الأول - التصنيع مسؤول عن قيادة أنشطة هندسة التصنيع للهياكل البحرية، بما في ذلك أبراج رأس البئر (WHTs)، أنظمة حماية كابلات ما تحت الماء، منصات ربط الأنابيب، قوس الأساسات، والمكوّنات الهياكلية البحرية المرتبطة. وتشمل المسؤولية قيادة فنية طوال دورة المشروع، مع الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع، والمعايير الصناعية، ومتطلبات الجودة، واللوائح السلامة، وجداول التصنيع.
سيتم التنسيق بشكل وثيق مع قسم التصميم الهندسي، والإنتاج، والجودة، والمشتريات، وإدارة المشروع، وممثلي العميل لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
قيادة الهندسة
- قيادة أنشطة هندسة التصنيع لمشروعات التصنيع الهياكلي البحري.
- مراجعة وتفسير رسومات الهندسة، ومواصفات المواد، وإجراءات التصنيع، ومتطلبات العميل.
- التأكد من أن تصميمات التصنيع مُحسّنة للقدرة على التصنيع، والتركيب، والعمليات البحرية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لورش التصنيع، وفرق الإنشاء، وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- حل قضايا الهندسة والتصنيع خلال تنفيذ المشروع.
التخطيط والتنفيذ في التصنيع
- تطوير منهجيات التصنيع وحزم العمل والتسليمات الهندسية.
- مراجعة تسلسلات التصنيع واستراتيجيات البناء للهياكل البحرية.
- التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج لتحسين سير العمل في التصنيع واستخدام الموارد.
- مراقبة تقدم التصنيع وتقديم الدعم الهندسي لتحقيق مراحل المشروع.
- المشاركة في التخطيط المشروع، والجدولة، وأنشطة إدارة المخاطر.
إدارة الهياكل البحرية
- قيادة الدعم الهندسي لتصنيع:
- أبراج رأس البئر (WHTs)
- بوابات الربط
- أقواس الأساسات (B/Fs)
- هياكل حماية كابلات تحت الماء
- هياكل دعم الأنابيب البحرية
- الجسورات والتجميعات الهيكلية المرتبطة
- الهياكل الفولاذية الثانوية وملحقاتها
- التأكد من الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع البحري والمتطلبات الصناعية.
الجودة والالتزام
- التأكد من امتثال أنشطة التصنيع لـ:
- مواصفات العميل
- الكودات والمعايير الدولية
- إجراءات الشركة
- أنظمة إدارة الجودة
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم، ومراجعات القابلية للتشييد، وتدقيق التصنيع.
- دعم أنشطة التفتيش ومراقبة الجودة.
- مراجعة واعتماد الاستفسارات الفنية، وNCRs، والتنازلات، وتغييرات الهندسة.
تنسيق أصحاب المصلحة
- التواصل مع العملاء، والمفتشين من طرف ثالث، وهيئات التصنيف، وفرق المشروع.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات وإدارة المواد بخصوص متطلبات المواد.
- دعم مراجعات المشروع، والاجتماعات الفنية، وتقارير التقدم.
- إرشاد وتوجيه المهندسين والمشرفين وكوادر الهندسة junior.
مسؤوليات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية طوال أنشطة التصنيع.
- التأكد من أن الحلول الهندسية امتثالها لمتطلبات HSE ومعايير السلامة البحرية.
- المشاركة في تقييمات المخاطر، وHAZID، ودراسات القابلية للتشييد.
المؤهلات
التعليم
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الإنشائية، الهندسة البحرية، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل ماجستير.
الخبرة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 18-22 سنة في التصنيع والهندسة الإنشائية البحرية.
- لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مهندس أول أو مهندس تصنيع أول.
- خبرة مثبتة في التصنيع لـ:
- أبراج رأس البئر البحرية (WHTs)
- الجسورات والهياكل البحرية
- أنظمة دعم كابلات تحت الماء
- هياكل دعم الأنابيب
- بوابات الربط وأساسات
- خبرة في مشاريع EPC وEPCI وبالنفط والغاز البحري أو الطاقة المتجددة.
- يفضل خبرة في GCC ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط البحرية.

KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high‑profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Contractors Office/ Fabrication Yard Office in Abu Dhabi for some time and then will later move to Offshore Site on 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off rotation.
Job Purpose
The Lead Engineer - Fabrication is responsible for leading fabrication engineering activities for offshore structures, including Wellhead Towers (WHTs), subsea cable protection systems, piping boat landings, foundation brackets, and associated offshore structural components. The role involves providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, quality requirements, safety regulations, and fabrication schedules.
The position will coordinate closely with design engineering, production, quality, procurement, project management, and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
- Lead fabrication engineering activities for offshore structural fabrication projects.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, material specifications, fabrication procedures, and client requirements.
- Ensure fabrication designs are optimized for manufacturability, installation, and offshore operations.
- Provide technical support to fabrication yards, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
- Resolve engineering and fabrication-related issues during project execution.
Fabrication Planning & Execution
- Develop fabrication methodologies, work packs, and engineering deliverables.
- Review fabrication sequences and construction strategies for offshore structures.
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize fabrication workflows and resource utilization.
- Monitor fabrication progress and provide engineering support to meet project milestones.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.
Offshore Structures Management
- Lead engineering support for fabrication of:
- Wellhead Towers (WHTs)
- Boat Landings
- Foundation Brackets (B/Fs)
- Subsea Cable Protection Structures
- Offshore Piping Support Structures
- Jackets and associated structural assemblies
- Secondary steel structures and appurtenances
- Ensure compliance with offshore project specifications and industry requirements.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure fabrication activities comply with:
- Client specifications
- International codes and standards
- Company procedures
- Quality Management Systems
- Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, and fabrication audits.
- Support inspection and quality control activities.
- Review and approve technical queries, NCRs, concessions, and engineering change requests.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Interface with clients, third-party inspectors, classification bodies, and project teams.
- Coordinate with procurement and material management teams regarding material requirements.
- Support project reviews, technical meetings, and progress reporting.
- Mentor and guide engineers, supervisors, and junior engineering staff.
HSE Responsibilities
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout fabrication activities.
- Ensure engineering solutions comply with HSE requirements and offshore safety standards.
- Participate in risk assessments, HAZID, and constructability studies.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree is advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 18-22 years of experience in offshore fabrication and construction engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in a Lead Engineer or Senior Fabrication Engineering role.
- Proven experience in fabrication of:
- Offshore Wellhead Towers (WHTs)
- Jackets and offshore structures
- Subsea cable support systems
- Piping support structures
- Boat landings and foundation brackets
- Experience working on EPC, EPCI, offshore oil & gas, or renewable energy projects.
- GCC and Middle East offshore project experience preferred.
