The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Volleyball Lead Coach to drive the development of our volleyball programme. This is a performance-focused role, aimed at building elite squads, nurturing technical ability, and securing success in both school leagues and external competitions.
Working alongside the Director of Sport and Head of PE, you will take ownership of the volleyball performance pathway from upper primary through to Sixth Form, ensuring that athletes are physically, tactically, and mentally prepared for high-level competition.
Key Qualities and Requirements
- FIVB Level 2 or equivalent volleyball coaching certification
- Proven track record coaching high-performing school, club, or academy teams
- Background as a competitive volleyball player or coach at elite or national level
- Demonstrated success preparing squads for local and international tournaments
- Expertise in session planning that builds individual skill, team cohesion, and competitive readiness
- Strong grasp of positional development, set plays, match strategy, and performance analysis
- Ability to coach under pressure and lead high-stakes fixtures
- Skilled in assessing individual progress and delivering personalised development plans
- Experience mentoring junior

الفرصة
نحن نسعى إلى مدرب رئيسي لكرة الطائرة ذو طموح وخبرة لدفع تطوير برنامج كرة الطائرة لدينا. هذا دور يركز على الأداء، يهدف إلى بناء فرق نخبة، ورعاية القدرة الفنية، وتحقيق النجاح في كل من دوريات المدارس والمنافسات الخارجية.
بالعمل إلى جانب مدير الرياضة ورئيس مادة التربية البدنية، ستتولى مسؤولية مسار أداء كرة الطائرة من المرحلة الابتدائية العليا حتى الصف السادس عشر، مع التأكد من أن الرياضيين مستعدين جسدياً وتكتيكياً وذهنياً للمنافسة عالية المستوى.
الصفات والمتطلبات الأساسية
- شهادة تدريب كرة الطائرة من المستوى 2 FIVB أو ما يعادلها
- سجل حافل في تدريب فرق مدرسية عالية الأداء، نادي، أو أكاديمية
- خلفية كلاعب كرة طائرة تنافسي أو مدرب على المستوى النخبوي أو الوطني
- نجاح مثبت في تجهيز الفرق للبطولات المحلية والدولية
- خبرة في تخطيط الجلسات التي تبني المهارة الفردية، تماسك الفريق، والاستعداد التنافسي
- فهم قوي لتطوير المراكز، الألعاب الإعدادية، استراتيجيات المباراة، وتحليل الأداء
- القدرة على التدريب تحت الضغط وقيادة المباريات ذات الرهانات العالية
- المهارة في تقييم التقدم الفردي وتقديم خطط تطوير شخصية
