FMCG Sales Agent — Dishwasher Pods (Abu Dhabi / Al Ain)
AED 3,000 retainer + 8% commission, uncapped

We're Pearl Goods, an Al Ain company importing and distributing PearlPods dishwasher pods across the UAE. The product is doing well — ISO and SGS certified, strong retail margin, and priced to compete against Finish and Fairy. We're looking for one good salesman to grow it in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

This isn't a call-centre job or a fresh-start role. We want someone who already knows the buyers and can pick up the phone today.

What you'll be doing

Selling

• Opening new accounts — supermarkets, co-ops, grocery chains and independent stores across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

• Meeting buyers, presenting the product, negotiating first orders and getting shelf space

• Visiting every active account at least twice a month for reorders

• Keeping the product looking good on shelf — facings, stock rotation, tidy displays

• Telling us what you see: competitor prices, promotions, what buyers are asking for

Delivering

• Collecting stock from our Al Ain store and delivering to your accounts

• Getting every delivery note signed and stamped

• Checking quantities and condition on arrival

• Reporting damages or returns straight away

Keeping us in the loop

• A short weekly update — accounts visited, orders taken, deliveries made, problems

• Maintaining a contact list of buyers (name, store, phone)

• Flagging any account that's slow to pay

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 2+ years FMCG sales in the UAE

2. Existing relationships with supermarket or co-op buyers in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain

3. Must own car or van and valid UAE driving licence

4. Valid UAE residence visa

5. English and Hindi

6. Comfortable earning on commission — this suits someone confident in their own numbers
