Role Description:

This is a FULL-TIME, ON-SITE role, regular travel between client sites. Due to the Company’s active growth, we are opening this vacancy. We are looking for a hands-on Cleaning Operations Manager to manage people, cleaning processes, equipment, service quality and Client relationships across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Site Management

• Manage cleaning operations across multiple client sites (regular, deep, post-construction, floor/carpet/glass/facade cleaning)
• Launch new sites and contracts
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Handle client requests and complaints

Staff & Shift Management

• Plan shifts, allocate cleaners and supervisors
• Arrange urgent staff replacements
• Control attendance, discipline and productivity
• Recruit, onboard and train cleaning personnel (cleaners, supervisors, team leaders)

Equipment, Chemicals & Stock

• Select suitable cleaning machines, tools and chemicals
• Control correct dilution, equipment maintenance and stock levels

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare schedules, checklists, inspection and before‑after photo reports
• Prepare attendance, KPI and operational reports
• Maintain employee and client data in CRM
• Coordinate additional and emergency work
• Maintain operational communication with clients

Requirements:

️Language skills

• Good English

️ Experience

• Commercial cleaning / housekeeping / Soft FM
• Managing cleaners and supervisors across several sites
• Launching new sites and contracts
• Regular and specialised cleaning services

Technical knowledge

• Cleaning processes, machines and equipment
• Chemicals, dilution and safe handling

Management & soft skills

• Onboard and train staff
• Quality control and site inspections
• Client communication and complaint handling
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Strong organisational and time-management skills

Driving & mobility

• Valid UAE driving licence
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Willingness to travel between sites daily
• Availability outside standard hours when required

Digital skills

• Confident with Word, Excel, Google Docs & Sheets
• WhatsApp and photo reporting

• 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dubai time.
• We never delay payments; payments are transferred twice a month, strictly on the 15th and 25th.
• Corporate training. We have a developed training system, including workshops. From the first day, a mentor is assigned. Employees continuously learn and improve their qualifications.
• Our team includes both experienced specialists and newcomers. The age range of employees is 25–45 years. We have minimal staff turnover, making our company a pleasant and comfortable place to work.

Skills

Advantages:

Good Russian

Knowledge of Hard FM services
