We are looking for a skilled and experienced Endodontics Specialist to join a reputed dental healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE .
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and periapical tissues, with a particular focus on advanced root canal treatment and the preservation of natural teeth.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive endodontic consultations and clinical examinations.
Diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions using clinical findings and appropriate diagnostic imaging.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessment.
Perform primary and complex root canal treatments.
Manage retreatment cases and challenging endodontic conditions.
Treat dental trauma and associated pulpal and periapical complications.
Perform appropriate emergency endodontic procedures for patients presenting with acute dental pain.
Manage cases involving calcified canals, curved canals, and complex root canal anatomy.
Perform pulp therapy and other appropriate endodontic procedures within the approved scope of practice.
Assess cases requiring surgical endodontic intervention and coordinate treatment where appropriate.
Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and other dental specialists.
Review and interpret periapical radiographs, CBCT scans, and other relevant diagnostic imaging.
Provide post-treatment evaluation, follow-up, and long-term monitoring.
Explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes clearly to patients.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
Ensure strict compliance with infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and continuing professional development.
Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based dental practice.
BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent recognized dental qualification.
Recognized postgraduate qualification in Endodontics .
Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
Strong clinical experience in conventional and complex endodontic procedures.
Excellent diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.
Strong understanding of modern endodontic techniques and materials.
Ability to manage complex and emergency endodontic cases.
Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
Strong attention to clinical detail.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
