تقوم غيلد هول حالياً بتوظيف مدير إنشاءات لمشروع بنية تحتية للسكك الحديدية في أبوظبي. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تسليم الإنشاءات وعمليات الموقع بشكل عام، قيادة فرق إنشاء كبيرة الحجم وتنسيق الأنشطة المدنية والمتعلقة بالسكك الحديدية لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بأمان وكفاءة وجودة عالية وفي الوقت المناسب.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
؟ قيادة تسليم الإنشاءات الشامل عبر أعمال السكك الحديدية والمدنية والبنية التحتية، مع ضمان الامتثال للجداول الزمنية والمواصفات والجودة ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
؟ إدارة فرق الإنشاءات والمقاولين الفرعيين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
؟ متابعة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد التأخيرات والمشكلات الفنية وقيود الموقع، وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
؟ التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والتخطيط والتجارة والإسكان والصحة والسلامة والجودة، أثناء مراجعة أساليب الإنشاء والبرامج والموارد ومتطلبات الموقع.
؟ تعزيز إنتاجية الموقع وجودة الإنشاء والسلامة والامتثال التنظيمي والانتهاء في الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
؟ أكثر من 15 عاماً من الخبرة في الإنشاءات ذات الصلة، مع خبرة كبيرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية الكبرى أو البنية التحتية.
؟ خلفية قوية في إنشاء السكك الحديدية والهندسة المدنية وإدارة الأعمال المدنية.
؟ خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق إنشاءات كبيرة الحجم وبيئات مشروع معقدة.
؟ خبرة سابقة كمدير إنشاءات، مدير مشروع، مدير إنشاءات، أو منصب رفيع المستوى مكافئ.
؟ معرفة قوية بأساليب الإنشاء والتخطيط للمشروعات وإدارة المواقع وإدارة المقاولين.
؟ القدرة المثبتة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة واجهات الإنشاء المعقدة.
؟ مهارات قيادة واتصال وتنسيق واتخاذ قرارات ومهارات حل مشكلات ممتازة.
؟ الخبرة في العمل على مشاريع سكك حديدية كبرى أو بنية تحتية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي/الإمارات العربية المتحدة مفضلة بشدة.
؟ المرشحون الذين لديهم خبرة في أنظمة السكك الحديدية الكبرى والمترو والسكك الحديدية الثقيلة أو مشاريع بنية تحتية للنقل واسعة النطاق سيكونون مفيدين جدًا.
؟ إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة.
؟ يفضل بشدة المرشحون القادرون على الانضمام في وقت قصير.
Guildhall is currently recruiting a Construction Director for a railway infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for construction delivery and site operations, leading large-scale construction teams and coordinating civil and railway-related activities to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead overall construction delivery across railway, civil, and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with schedules, specifications, quality, and HSE standards.
? Manage construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
? Monitor project progress, identify delays, technical issues, and site constraints, and implement timely corrective actions.
? Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Commercial, HSE, and Quality teams, while reviewing construction methodologies, programmes, resources, and site requirements.
? Drive site productivity, construction quality, safety performance, regulatory compliance, and timely project completion while maintaining effective communication with senior management and project stakeholders.
? 15+ years of relevant construction experience, with significant experience in major railway or infrastructure projects.
? Strong background in railway construction, civil engineering, and civil works management.
? Proven experience managing large-scale construction teams and complex project environments.
? Previous experience as a Construction Director, Project Director, Construction Manager, or equivalent senior-level position.
? Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, site management, and contractor management.
? Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex construction interfaces.
? Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
? Experience working on major railway or infrastructure projects in the GCC/UAE is highly preferred.
? Candidates with experience on major rail systems, metro, heavy rail, or large-scale transportation infrastructure projects will be highly advantageous.
? Strong command of English is required.
