- Develop detailed 3D models of civil and structural elements, including foundations, steel structures, and concrete components, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Create and maintain accurate SP3D models, integrating architectural, mechanical, and electrical designs to ensure clash-free environments and constructability.
- Generate comprehensive 2D drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, directly from the 3D model for construction use.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using SP3D tools, proactively identifying and addressing potential conflicts between disciplines to prevent costly rework.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SP3D Modeler, with a strong focus on civil and structural projects.
- Proficiency in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) software, including advanced modeling, drawing generation, and clash detection functionalities.
- Solid understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant codes (e.g., AISC, ACI, Eurocodes).
