We are looking for a customer-facing Presales Engineer who can bridge business requirements with innovative technology solutions and support complex regional opportunities from qualification through proposal submission. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand operational, technical, and business requirements. Lead solution workshops, demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts. Design end-to-end solution architectures and prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid documentation. Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and partner teams to develop winning strategies and solutions. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the opportunity lifecycle. Desired Experience Strong knowledge of digital identity and biometric technologies. Experience supporting solutions related to:Electronic travel and identity credentials Biometric enrollment and identification platforms Automated identity verification and authentication systems Traveler processing, access management, and automated checkpoint technologies Understanding of system integration, software platforms, infrastructure, networking, and security architectures. Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
