The role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing of joinery components. Responsibilities involve supervising production staff, enforcing safety and quality standards, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficient workflow. The supervisor will track production targets, report on performance, and implement process improvements to enhance output, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Regular communication with management, project teams, and suppliers is required to align production activities with project timelines and client expectations. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching. Proficiency in production planning and managing production schedules to meet project deadlines. Experience in production management, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and quality control. Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Previous experience in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out production environments. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery used in joinery production. Understanding of workplace health and safety standards and compliance practices. Relevant technical qualification or diploma in joinery, carpentry, production management, or a related field. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and translate them into production requirements. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
